Titan's 24-Hour Price Adjustment Policy: What You Need to Know
At Titan, we want to ensure that our customers get the best deals possible. If you purchase an item directly from any of our branded sites – Titan Fitness, Titan Attachments, Titan Great Outdoors, and Titan Ramps – at either the regular or sale price and within 24 hours of purchase, the item is updated with a lower price (highlighted red on the item page), we'll refund the difference between the two prices. Here are the guidelines to follow when requesting a price adjustment:
- Submit your request via the Orders: Price Adjustment Policy
- Include a screenshot of the sale price and promotion
- Our policy does not apply to Spend & Save promotions, coupon-initiated promotions, Black Friday, Cyber Monday promotions, Flash Sales, or Scratch & Dent items.
- Stacking discounts is not permitted. For instance, if your order already benefits from a 5% discount, we are unable to process a price match in addition to that.
